Morning Sky Residential School is located on twenty acres of forested land, traversed
by two creeks. It is in Mountian Center, near Idyllwild, at an elevation of 4500
feet. The peaks of the San Jacinto Mountains loom a few miles to the north.
At Morning Sky, students with a variety of learning, behavioral and communicative
disabilities live and learn in six residential and classroom structures scattered
among the trees. Once a working ranch, the facility features four classrooms, living
quarters, and related services and business offices.
